These sessions are free, friendly, and open to everyone 18+.  They’re designed to help people feel more confident using technology, whether they’re complete beginners or just need a bit of guidance.

Support available includes:

✅ Help with phones, tablets, and laptops

✅ Support with emails, apps, online forms, and more

✅ Staying safe online and avoiding scams

✅ Exploring NHS services, online shopping, social media, and more

✅ 1:1 help from our experienced tutors and volunteers

✅ No booking required – just drop in!
