Community Meals

Centenary offers a simple, freshly cooked hot meal and a pudding each Wednesday and Friday at 12.00 noon for anyone in the community who’d like to come and eat with others in a warm, friendly, peaceful and respectful atmosphere. Everyone’s welcome to eat for free or to give a donation if they can. Our creative volunteer cooks come up with some amazing meals, often using supermarket surplus and donations from local producers. Contact us if you’d like to know more about dining with us or volunteering in the kitchen or making a donation. We’d love to see you!

Fairtrade & Book Shop

Need cards, books, food items, unusual goods and the best chocolate?! Visit Centenary’s Fairtrade store. Every purchase supports hardworking farmers and producers in the two-thirds world to receive a fair wage for their labours and live with dignity. Even though times are tough in the UK, the Methodist Church has a huge heart for the wider world too. We believe that God created one global, human family and that we’re all a part of that, wanting every person’s life to flourish.

For Book orders (we can get most things!) contact Janetkent1000@gmail.com
For Fairtrade orders, contact ronwil@tiscali.co.uk
Why not browse the Fairtrade catalogue here and let us know what you need? Shop global – buy local!
