Description
A.M.P. Boston is a supportive and creative space where autistic individuals, along with their friends and family, can come together to explore the joy of music. Whether you're looking to engage in music-making, learn new instruments, or simply enjoy the soothing power of sound, this group is designed to be an inclusive, understanding environment for everyone involved.
We embrace all levels of experience and encourage a non-judgmental, flexible approach to musical participation. Each session is tailored to the needs of the group, offering activities like rhythm exercises, song creation, and collaborative sound exploration, allowing each person to express themselves in their own way.
For autistic individuals, music can be a powerful form of self-expression, sensory regulation, and connection. For family members and friends, it’s an opportunity to engage in a shared experience that fosters deeper bonds and mutual understanding.
Whether you’re seeking to build confidence, make new connections, or simply enjoy the therapeutic benefits of music, our group is here to provide a welcoming, enriching space for everyone. Come join us in creating something beautiful together.
